The Crack Team (クラックチーム, Kurakku Chīmu) is a cracker group from the Real World that employs and abuses mechanical Digimon for unknown purposes. After the events of the Digimon Pendulum storyline, the Crack Team seemed to be involved with the creation of the Metal Empire.

The leader of the Crack Team primarily employs Chaosdramon as its agent, Mugendramon and Gundramon are used for combat, and Aegisdramon is mainly in charge of analyzing information on the enemy and reconnaissance, and is also known as the brains of the Crack Team due to the fact that the analyzed information is quickly sent to members deployed to its surroundings, giving them the advantage in combat situations. In order to further expand its sphere of influence, the Crack Team constructed Giga Seadramon in absolute secrecy and endowed it with the ability to control the sea and possession of a cruising range which covers the vast Net Ocean. In addition, other Digimon belonging to the Crack Team can be loaded in its interior. The Crack Team is also studying the data of Bacchusmon's distilled poison, and the rumor questioning whether Bacchusmon's poison data is related to the preparation of bacteriological weapons and is part of a plot to assassinate an important person is whispered as if it were true.
